Our mission is to empower our team to deliver high level strata management services to the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla and to provide our clients with the tools to build and maintain a highly valued Owners Corporation.
What We Do
As a specialist strata management company, we offer a range of strata management services for all types of properties including Strata Titles, Community Titles, Community titles and Mixed Use Developments.
We offer a full range of services that include preparing and chairing Owners Corporation Meetings, full financial management including preparation of the annual budget, taxation and BAS reporting, and building valuable and workable relationships with owners, contractors and experts.
Most importantly our team are experienced in managing many different types of properties including commercial offices, entertainment centres, large retail stores and shopping centres with many other government departments and non-government organizations in these areas. Specifically, our team are highly experienced in residential properties and specialise in Building Management Committees and maintaining successful relationships across multi-tiered developments.
